Silverdale Adventure Park Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions of Sale

Any ticket issued is subject to the following conditions and may be revoked by the issuer, proprietor of the venue and/or organiser of the event for breach of any of the specified conditions. Silverdale Adventure Park may change or amend these Terms & Conditions of Sale at any time.

Overview

Auckland Adventure Park Ltd. sells tickets on behalf of Silverdale Adventure Park events. Any representations made by Silverdale Adventure Park regarding the event at any time and any associated complaints or claims are the responsibility of Auckland Adventure Park Ltd,.

Confirmation email
A confirmation email will be emailed to you within 48 hours upon confirmation of your credit card authorisation by clicking the SUBMIT button. This email must be shown at the ticket office when you arrive for your booking.

All ticket prices are shown in NZ Dollars and include GST where applicable. Silverdale Adventure Park accepts all major credit cards.

Postponements, cancellations & refunds

Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or canceled once issued except in accordance with the applicable laws of New Zealand. 

In the event of a cancellation, the purchase will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase. In the event of a postponement, purchased tickets for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise notified. Purchasers have the option to seek a refund for the value of the purchased ticket(s) for a postponed event by contacting Silverdale Adventure Park prior to the replacement date for the postponed event.

Purchase from unauthorised sources

Tickets are sold on behalf of Auckland Adventure Park Ltd by Silverdale Adventure Park. Do not purchase tickets from any source other than the Silverdale Adventure Park or its authorised agencies. Tickets purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and may be refused admittance to the event.

Ticket limits

Ticket purchases are limited to a total of 5 tickets per transaction. If you need to purchase more than 5 tickets for an event, you will have to purchase in a separate transaction. This policy is meant to restrict unfair purchasing practices.

Changes in program

Silverdale Adventure Park reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute artists or performers without notice.

Recording / audiotaping events

Cameras and video recorders, audiotape recorders and other types of recording devices may be used at the event.

Refusal of admission or ejection for objectionable behavior

Silverdale Adventure Park reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose behavior does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by Silverdale Adventure Park. 

Credit card problems

Silverdale Adventure Park’s ticketing system involves an immediate exchange of information between us and your bank via DPS. Occasionally, your bank may not authorise a transaction, based on your account status or your card not being enabled for online purchases. In these instances, it is your bank denying your card, not Silverdale Adventure Park, so please contact your bank for a resolution.

Online Day Pass Purchases

Tickets purchased online are not refundable.

On-line Tickets must be presented on entry at Silverdale Adventure Park, no admissions without tickets. Tickets are valid for 30 days from the day of purchase only. Tickets will not be extended beyond this date.

Proof of ID is required when presenting tickets. Users of online purchasing with Silverdale Adventure Park must have access to a printer and be able to print their tickets prior to arrival.

Silverdale Adventure Park will not print tickets purchased online for customers. Online tickets can only be purchased with Mastercard or Visa. Tickets are non-transferable, they are unable to be sold in on-line auctions such as Trade me or any other on-line auction.

Tickets are for one visit only. Stolen or lost tickets will not be replaced.

These terms are subject to rights and remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 2003.

SILVERDALE ADVENTURE PARK GOLD COAST HOLIDAY PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This competition ("Competition") is conducted by the Silverdale Adventure Park Ltd NZBN 9429046844903 of 2104 East Coast Road, Silverdale, Auckland 0993, New Zealand phone (09) 4265555, (“Promoter").
2. Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these terms and conditions.
3. The Competition is only open to individuals who:

(i)  Are New Zealand permanent residents.

(ii) Enter via https://silverdaleadventurepark.co.nz or via Facebook NYE on the Coast ticket purchasers to gain automatic entry and must present their ticket(s) to the Silverdale Adventure Park ticket office during the timeframe of the NYE on the Coast prior to the draw which is set to take place at 11;30pm on 31^st December 2018.

(iii) who are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; ("Entrant").

4. The Competition commences at 12:00 pm on 1/11/18 and closes at 11:00 pm on 31/12/18 ("Entry Period").
5. Except as otherwise indicated, all amounts stated in these conditions are stated in New Zealand dollars.
6. To enter, entrants must visit https://silverdaleadventurepark.co.nz   complete the online form and purchasing tickets to the NYE on the Coast event. Entrants must include their full name, email and postcode.

7. There is no cost to enter the Competition; however, all entrants will only be accepted via purchased tickets of the NYE on the Coast event.
8. Entries must be received during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
9. The Promoter may reject an Entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that the Entry has been entered using false information or via automated entry means or by use of a competition entry service.
10. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare an Entry made by an Entrant invalid if the Entrant tampers with the entry process, benefits from such tampering or submits an Entry that is illegible, incomplete or not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

THE PRIZE AND THE WINNER

1. A single winner (“Winner”) will be selected at 11.30 pm on 31/12/18 at Silverdale Adventure Park, 2104 East Coast Road, Silverdale, Auckland 0993, New Zealand
2. The Prize Winner will be asked to the stage to accept their prize and must be present at the NYE on the Coast event during the draw in which a maximum of 5 minutes will be provided to be identified. In the event that the Winner is not present a redraw will take place until a Winner is found. The Winner will also be published at https:// silverdaleadventurepark.co.nz  for a period of not less than 28 days.
3. The Winner is entitled to a Gold Coast holiday package for two (2) people or a family (constituting of two (2) adults and two (2) children or one (1) adult and three (3) children). One of the prize-winning group must be 18 years or older. The Winner will receive flights to the Gold Coast, accommodation for five (5) nights no less than 3 stars, transfers plus tickets to Sea World, Dream World & Movie World. ‘

4. Silverdale Adventure Park Ltd does not cover any additional costs incurred by the winner including hotel room incidentals, travel insurance, spending money and any other costs incurred that are not specified within the Terms and Conditions.
5. The Gold Coast holiday package must be taken between the months of May – June 2018.

GENERAL

1. The Entrant grants these rights to the Promoter which are perpetual and acknowledges that the Entrant will not receive any payment, royalty or other consideration (whether monetary or otherwise) from the Promoter in connection with the making, use or storage of the Content.
2. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition.
3. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for:
4. any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any Entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise,
5. any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications;

iii. any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Competition;

1. any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Competition (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise);
2. any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of the Prize.
3. All of the Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. If for any reason any element of the Prize becomes unavailable or not capable of being delivered to the Winner for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control the Promoter will have no obligation to provide a similar prize to the Winner or otherwise compensate the Winner in any way.
4. All Entrants enter the Competition at their own risk and the Winner accepts the Prize at his or her own risk. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for and indemnify the Promoter in respect of any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Entrant in connection with the Competition or Prize, including without limitation:
5. any indirect, economic or consequential loss;
6. any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party;

iii. any liability for personal injury or death. The Promoter may request that the Winner sign and return a deed of release to this effect as a condition of the Prize being awarded. If the Winner fails to sign and return such release, the Winner may forfeit the Prize.

10. All Entrants consent, by entering the Competition to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times without compensation, financial or otherwise, for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter and/or any of the Promoter's products.
11. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash and are subject to availability.

PRIVACY, DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT TO USE INFORMATION.

1. The Entrant acknowledges and permits the Promoter during and after the Competition to:

• collect, store, handle, access, manage, transfer, use and disclose personal information about the Entrant, including name, suburb, age and image, in connection with the Content. This includes transmission outside of New Zealand. The Entrant may revoke its consent to this clause at any time upon written notice to the Promoter, however existing uses of the Images and Recordings will not be impacted by this revocation or withdrawal of consent;
• contact the Entrant for any reason related to the Competition or other activities of the Promoter.

Party Bookings

$100 room hire charged for party bookings is non-refundable and non-transferable, remainder of bill must be paid prior to the party date or on arrival at the ticket office on the day of the party.

Any amendments to any party bookings must be made 48hours prior to party.

Collection of information

In order to visit Silverdale Adventure Park, we require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

If you are just surfing and reading information on our website, then we may collect and store the following information about your visit:

• The IP address of your machine when connected to the Internet and the domain name from which you are accessing the Internet
• The operating system and the browser your computer uses, and any search engine you are using
• The date and time you are visiting
• The URLs of the pages you visit
• If you provide it, your name and contact details, including your email address

Any details collected from Silverdale Adventure Park customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.

Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references and to assist in our staff development.

Storage of Collected Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers of personnel details) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When credit card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We do not store credit card details on our website. Our payment gateway provider (Payment Express) follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

• Permission must be respected and honoured and may be withdrawn by a subscriber at anytime
• If Permission is withdrawn no further marketing communication may be sent to the subscriber
